Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Cardiac Device Nurse to provide direct care to patients with CIEDs in the Cardiac Device Clinic Reynolds. You will perform device interrogations, programming, and remote monitoring while educating patients and documenting findings accurately.

This full-time role requires a BSN, current RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 4+ years of cardiovascular or device nursing experience, with a 40-hour work week Monday–Friday at a pay range of

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required per policy.
• Minimum four years of cardiovascular or cardiac device nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate and analyze CIEDs during in-person and remote monitoring.
• Program device parameters to optimize function and safety.
• Educate patients on device care, incision care, and activity planning.
• Triage and communicate life-threatening arrhythmias to providers.
• Document clinical data accurately in the EMR and device systems.
• Schedule in-person and remote CIED evaluations following protocols.
