Job summary

Baxter is growing! We are looking for Inventory Specialists to join our Customer Experience Team who are passionate about digital health and helping cardiac patients through our remote patient monitoring technologies.

Inventory Specialists are responsible for the pickup, documentation, storage, deposit, and general management of CAM Patch hardware that passes through the Houston office. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in an inventory control position preferred.
• Be able to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent multitasking and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Digital literacy including proficiency in MS Office.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate heart monitor devices and manage inventory check-ins.
• Maintain storage area with room audits and reporting.
• Refurbish devices and destroy PHI per HIPAA.
• Produce On-Demand inventory reports for CX leadership.
• Answer customer inquiries and educate customers, sales staff, and patients.
• Redirect calls to experts and document all interactions.
• Assist in processing completed monitor studies and data entry of devices returned.
• Identify and report potential patient or customer complaints.
• Other duties as assigned.
