Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Kitting Associate to assemble and prepare kits for distribution, ensuring accuracy and complete components. You will manage inventory, verify against BOM, and follow SOPs to support manufacturing of life-sustaining medical devices.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration with manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics, and adherence to regulatory standards in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Experience in kitting, assembly, or inventory management within Medical Devices or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software; strong data analysis skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Assemble kits per work instructions; ensure all components are included and correctly packaged.
• Assemble LED lights for use in medical devices.
• Verify kit accuracy against BOM or other documentation.
• Pack and label kits per SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement/warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies or shortages.
• Inspect kit components for defects; ensure high-quality materials used.
• Document and report quality issues; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Generate reports on kit assembly performance (accuracy, efficiency, compliance).
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
