Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Kitting Associate to assemble and prepare kits of materials for customer orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy. You will work to maintain inventory, follow SOPs, and support continuous improvement in a collaborative warehouse setting.

The role focuses on assembling kits, verifying BOM accuracy, labeling, and maintaining firsthand attention to detail to deliver high-quality medical components. A strong team and adherence to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in kitting, assembly or inventory management preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory software is a plus; attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits according to work instructions and ensure all components are included.
• Assemble LED lights for use in a medical device context.
• Verify kit accuracy against BOM and documentation.
• Pack, label and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards to minimize errors and ensure compliance.
• Document kit assembly, inventory, and quality control activities.
