IMS Care Center in Avondale is seeking a Cardiac Device Coordinator to support Physicians and staff in providing high-quality patient care and device management for pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders, and related testing.

You will assist in device interrogations, programming, reporting, and chart documentation while helping coordinate care, referrals, and billing. IMS offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Certification as Medical Assistant, EMT, CNA or EKG tech preferred and/or 1+ year of related experience.
• CCT or Rhythm Analysis Technician certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs device interrogations and programming of Pacemakers, ICDs and Loop Recorders.
• Downloads data, prepares reports, and documents in patient charts.
• Coordinates pre-certifications, referrals, authorizations, and scheduling of procedures.
• Acts as a resource to clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintains device tracking and supports billing and documentation processes.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
