UNC Rex HealthCare in Raleigh, NC seeks a Patient Services Manager II (RN) to provide clinical and operational leadership for the CVRU. You will partner with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to sustain recruitment, hiring, education, and retention of the CVRU staff.

The CVRU handles pre/post care for cardiac and vascular patients, featuring a multidisciplinary environment with ICU, PACU, and prep/ recovery staff.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in North Carolina.
• BLS certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in a tertiary setting; one year in CVRU area.

Responsabilidades

• Patient care leadership and ensuring appropriate care and services.
• Manage staffing, including recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting and resource management to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and quality indicators.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety and care quality.
• Promote staff education, onboarding, and ongoing competency evaluations.
