Job summary

Octagos Health, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Commercial Operations Manager to support a national field sales team selling cardiac care solutions. The role blends analytics, deal desk duties, and field partnership to optimize pricing, contracts and forecasts.

You will work with HubSpot and Excel alongside senior leadership, ensuring accurate data, rigorous process, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Customer Success and Marketing. Houston-based with travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years CRM experience with one of the four major device manufacturers in a field role.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and remote monitoring workflows.
• Hands-on experience with a sales CRM platform; HubSpot preferred.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring reimbursement and device clinic operations.
• Comfort coordinating contracts, signature, and renewal processes.
• Excellent organization and written communication; capable of leading a national sales team.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot ownership and data integrity across deals and territories.
• Maintain deal records, pipeline stages, and required-field completeness.
• Reconcile live vs sold figures and quarterly pipelines with onboarding and finance.
• Ensure contract execution and BAAs before mark Closed Won.
• Build pro formas and provide oversight on complex deals.
• Generate master service agreements and track signatures to completion.
• Support pricing governance with sales leadership to set strategy.
• Coach reps to build strong business cases; raise quality of proposals.
• Maintain dashboards and weekly scorecards for leadership.
• Deliver quarterly business review analysis and territory planning.
• Identify at-risk accounts and drive follow-up with reps.
• Join field visits for pricing discussions and contracting talks.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Finance and Marketing for handoffs.
• Support national programs with target lists and post-event follow-up.
