Duke Health is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the cardiac cath and electrophysiology labs. You will work with EP and interventional cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct patient care and coordinate post-procedure care.

Expect a focus on consent, data collection, orders and follow-up, along with education for patients and families, and registry coordination to improve quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• PA: Graduate of an accredited Master's Degree or DMSc PA Program.
• NP: Graduate of an accredited MSN or DNP Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program for adults.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care of elective and non-elective cardiac catheterization and EP procedures.
• Order, review and interpret labs/imaging and communicate results to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on consent and post-procedure care.
• Act as liaison for cath and EP registry teams and contribute to quality improvement.
