Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology.
• ARRT Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) or Radiography (R) or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) certification.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in diagnostic and interventional procedures in invasive cardiology.
• Maintains expertise in radiographic imaging techniques for invasive procedures.
• Orients inexperienced staff on laboratory equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Anticipates adverse reactions during procedures and responds appropriately.
• Completes documentation for procedures, including regulatory, billing, and image storage.
