An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Lab Specialist to join their multidisciplinary team. This role is vital for delivering high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and related areas. The Cardiac Catheterization Lab Specialist is responsible for providing direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath lab, Peripheral Vascular Lab, Cath Lab Holding Room, and the Electrophysiology Lab, performing and functioning as a member of a multidisciplinary team. In addition, this role is expected to function and provide high quality, safe, culturally competent cost-effective patient care in all areas of operations by means of assessment, planning, evaluation, and intervention/follow up.
Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing
Required: 1 - 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience, or 1 - 2 years of Radiology Technical experience, or 2 years Paramedic experience.
Preferred: Cardiac specialty experience.
Required: BLS (CPR) | AHA Health Care Provider BLS. North Carolina Board of Nursing License, RCIS for Cath Lab, RCES or IBHRE for EP, CCRN or RCIS for holding room.
