Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiovascular Lab, or Critical Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization.
• Monitor physiologic data before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Prepare rooms, equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Maintain inventory and ensure readiness for scheduled procedures.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with cardiology and care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.
