SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – St. Louis is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate, and implement care for adults in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

The role emphasizes patient safety, quality care, and adherence to unit standards of care while applying clinical competency in a fast-paced perioperative environment. Primary duties include circulating, scrubbing, or monitoring on Cath Lab procedures; prepping patients with complete H&P; administering meds per protocol; documenting charges; and

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; able to obtain RN license.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Circulates, scrubs, or monitors Cath Lab procedures.
• Preps patient and ensures complete history and physical are available.
• Administers medications as directed and communicates urgent information to physicians.
• Documents education provided to patients and families and explains perioperative steps.
• Ensures accurate entry of orders and charges and maintains unit safety.
