Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in office management or healthcare administration, preferably in cardiology.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare, particularly related to cardiology procedures, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staffing management: create monthly staffing schedules and coordinate approvals.
• Case coordination: oversee elective and in-house case bookings and anesthesia timing.
• Patient care coordination and staff collaboration for equipment and supplies.
• Supply management: write requisitions and maintain implant/documentation.
• Billing and reporting: input billing data and compile monthly statistics for cath lab and EP.
• Regulatory compliance: coordinate NYSDOH data submissions with external abstractors.
• Quality assurance and radiation safety: monitor POC testing and x-ray badge records.
