The Cath Lab Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the catheterization laboratory, ensuring that all procedures are conducted efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and technicians, to deliver high-quality patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or must obtain within 30 days of hire date.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least one 3 year in cardiac catheterization lab and at least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Cardiac Catheterization or related specialty.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a healthcare setting.
