Corewell Health’s 6 North Cardiovascular unit in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Nurse Technician to support direct patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting. You will round on up to 12–14 patients per shift, assist with daily activities and essential care tasks, and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The role requires a High School Diploma and BLS certification within 90 days. Benefits, an on‑demand pay option, and flexible training are included where eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• R rounds to care for 12–14 patients per shift, providing direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Monitor and check blood sugar.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes.
• Assist with bed baths and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and catheterization.
• Serve as safety attendant for patients as needed.
• Assist with postmortem care as applicable.
