Job summary

McLaren Health Care’s McLaren Flint unit seeks a qualified Registered Nurse for the Telemetry department. You will assess patients’ physiologic, emotional, and spiritual needs and plan comprehensive nursing care, guiding the care team to ensure plans are carried out.

Responsibilities include admission assessment, ongoing status documentation, and coordinating care actions across the unit. The role requires active MI RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice nursing in Michigan.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in cardiac critical care, cath labs, or ED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess physiologic, emotional, and spiritual needs and plan nursing care.
• Lead and coordinate nursing care plans and assign tasks to staff.
• Document patient status on admission and ongoing, ensuring quality care.
