Foundation Health Partners’ Porter heart & Vascular in Fairbanks is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care to cardiovascular patients and assist with diagnostic procedures and assessments. You will work closely with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, with a focus on senior patients.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week, 5x8 shifts).

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician.
• Contribute to the plan of care and implement nursing interventions.
• Document patient data accurately in medical records.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning and patient transitions.
• Assist with admissions and patient education as needed.
