Job summary

Banner Health in Sun City, Arizona is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our PCU/IMCU unit caring for Cardiac and General Progressive Care patients on a 75-bed unit. You will play a key role in promoting patient comfort and contributing to the overall plan of care.

This full-time RN position offers day and night shifts (7:00–7:30), rotating weekends/holidays with an 18% night differential and weekend differential when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care/hospital settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care according to standards of nursing practice.
• Implement, coordinate, and supervise care with the health care team.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning as part of the care plan.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
