Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join the Intensivist team at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. You will round on ICU patients, provide cross-coverage call support, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality critical care.

The role is night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), full-time with a block schedule including two weekend rotations. Banner Health offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary with a new night

Qualifications

• ACNP certification required.
• CPR, BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Active prescribing privileges with DEA license.
• Experience preferred; new grads with critical care or cardiology exposure welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-coverage call support.
• Manage clinical care and round on patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary ICU team in a fast-paced environment.
