Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in ICU or ED is desired.
• BSN preferred; professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care according to policies and professional standards.
• Provide direct nursing care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and responses to treatment.
• Assist with procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education as appropriate.
