AmeriCU Credit Union in Rome, NY is seeking a Supervisor, Card Services to lead the daily operations of the Card Services team. You will oversee credit and debit card services, support staff, and resolve complex cardholder issues to improve the member experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, and develop Card Services employees.
• Monitor workloads, performance, service levels, and deadlines.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team environment.
• Oversee daily credit and debit card operations and card issuance.
• Manage card settlements, postings, Salesforce tickets, cardholder issues, and GL balancing.
• Partner with card vendors to resolve processing, network, and operational issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex cardholder concerns.
• Deliver timely, professional, and member-focused solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and automation.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal card regulations.
