Job summary

Somerset Trust Company is seeking a Credit Card Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for cardholders and internal staff, delivering exceptional service and maintaining daily departmental operations.

You will handle credit card applications, posting of settlements, QA, reporting, account maintenance, and documentation retention while complying with BSA/AML requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to clearly communicate resolutions to customers and merchants.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for credit card products and customer accounts.
• Handle incoming calls from customers and branches regarding credit card products.
• Resolve customer complaints and account problems.
• Post daily credit card settlements and submit wire transfer requests.
• Perform account maintenance, QA, and reporting tasks.
• Process new credit card applications and onboard approved accounts.
• Assist customers with online banking access and monitor fraud alerts.
