Somerset Trust Company is seeking a customer service representative to manage calls and inquiries from customers, promote bank services, and support branch staff. You will work in a team, delivering accurate information and timely resolutions while maintaining professional communication.

The role involves assisting ITM customers, processing transactions, handling online banking questions, and staying vigilant for fraud. A one-year certificate or related experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a PC and job-related software; willingness to learn new systems.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and handle calls; provide bank information and problem solving assistance.
• Assist customers using ITMs to process transactions and balance with staff support.
• Monitor for fraud or identity theft; ask questions and file necessary forms.
• Answer questions on online banking, cards, payments via email, chat, video, or phone.
• Quote rates for savings, checking, and CDs; handle related paperwork requests.
• Process payments and transfer requests; document and file as needed.
• Investigate billing or service complaints and resolve issues.
• Follow BSA/AML policies; perform duties in compliance with internal rules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
