Arbor Financial Credit Union in Kalamazoo, MI is hiring a Card Services Specialist to support debit and credit card programs, resolve card issues, and provide exceptional member service while protecting sensitive information.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities for growth into higher levels within Card Services, and exposure to internal openings across departments such as lending, marketing, IT, HR, and finance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong computer and application skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card payment exceptions and review activity reports.
• Research and resolve card-related issues and payment exceptions.
• Assist members and staff with card service inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to fraud, lost/stolen cards, and account abuse.
• Process balance transfers, returns, check requests, and account closures.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
• Support department operations and ensure policy compliance.
