Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to support the Bank’s credit card and debit card programs. The incumbent works independently and coordinates with various departments regarding credit and debit card processing in conjunction with Bank policies and procedures. The incumbent is expected to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. The incumbent is actively involved in product security and fraud control.
