Job summary

Piermont Bank is seeking a Card Services - Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of our card programs. You will own end-to-end issuing operations, BIN/ICA sponsorship, and network certifications, coordinating with networks, processors, and fintech partners to keep programs running smoothly.

You’ll bring structure and scalability to a fast-moving business, partnering with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Product and Client Care to meet regulatory expectations and continuously improve

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in card issuing and payment network operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of BIN/ICA sponsorship and quarterly reporting.
• Experience with card-issuing sponsor banks and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end card issuing operations, including network onboarding and certifications.
• Manage BIN/ICA sponsorship activities, credentials, reporting, and network requirements.
• Partner with payment networks, processors, and fintech clients to ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with third-party card issuing processors across the card lifecycle.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and develop scalable processes.
