Piermont Bank is seeking an Operations Manager for Card Services to shape and scale the card issuing and embedded payments infrastructure. You will own day-to-day operations, partner with networks, processors and fintech clients, and drive discipline and scalability across programs.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in card issuing and payment network operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of BIN/ICA sponsorship, including network credentials, certifications, and quarterly reporting.
• Prior experience working with a card-issuing sponsor bank is required.
• Experience working directly with payment networks, processors, fintechs, or card program partners.
• Experience with third-party card issuing processors is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of card lifecycle operations, including transactions, disputes, chargebacks, settlement and reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills across networks, processors, fintech clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and cross-functional teamwork capability.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end card issuing operations, including network onboarding, credential management, certifications, and program support.
• Manage BIN/ICA sponsorship activities, including credentials, certifications, reporting and quarterly requirements.
• Serve as operational partner to networks, processors, and fintech clients to drive timely resolutions and strong partner experience.
• Coordinate with third-party card issuing processors across lifecycle events: issuance, processing, disputes, chargebacks, and reconciliations.
• Monitor program and operations performance, identify gaps, and develop scalable processes as card portfolios grow.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Product and Client Care to meet risk and regulatory expectations.
• Troubleshoot complex operational issues across networks, processors, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support audits, certifications, and examinations related to card operations and network requirements.
• Propose improvements to make the business stronger, smarter, and more efficient.
