Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Houston, TX is seeking a Card Services Lead for our Copperfield headquarters. You will supervise card services staff and ensure timely processing of back-office card service tasks while assisting members with questions about their accounts.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree and 3–5 years of banking or card services experience, with on-site work required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or completion of a specialized course of study OR equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of banking, financial or other card services experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct card services personnel and oversee back-office card service tasks.
• Assist members with card services questions regarding their account and process approved applications, settlement files, disputes and fraud cases.
• Conduct meetings with team members and oversee duties related to lost/stolen cards and provisional credit for transaction disputes and fraud cases.
• Submit bond claims per procedure and monitor fraudulent card reports and investigations, along with other duties as assigned.
