Skyla Credit Union is seeking a Card Services I to provide operational support for the card program and assist members with card-related issues. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cross-department collaboration.

You will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Digital, Lending, and Member Experience teams to ensure timely, secure payment processing and exceptional member service. A strong attention to detail is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of financial services experience preferred (back-office).
• Basic understanding of card operations and Regulation E desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; strong computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be open to learning new processes and apply them to daily tasks.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
• Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Maintain working knowledge of the credit union’s products and services.
• Research and resolve member inquiries regarding card activities, statements, disputes and adjustments.
• Process ATM deposits and withdrawals disputes.
• Monitor daily card posting exceptions and resolve differences as needed.
• Manage card maintenance requests including new cards and reissues, limit changes, and blocking/unblocking.
• Support the Visa rewards program with inquiries and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Digital and Lending on payments operations and fraud mitigation.
