Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or first/second line Risk Management
• 3+ years in Project or Process Management
• 3+ years partnering with internal business clients

Responsibilities

• Consult on risk to business partners providing advice and guidance as required
• Serve as a liaison with business partners, Tech, and assurance functions to drive risk reductions
• Challenge business partners and 2nd/3rd line functions to strengthen controls
• Lead or support regulatory exams and audits
• Synthesize data and provide proactive insights from team analyses
• Deliver measurable improvements aligned with risk agendas
• Stay current on regulatory changes and their business impact
• Collaborate across levels and organizations
• Coordinate between risk, compliance and other support functions to achieve objectives
• Lead risk assessments and provide guidance on risk management practices
