Job summary

Upgrade is seeking a Customer Service Advisor, Card Payment in Phoenix to provide best-in-class service by phone and email. You will assist customers with account status, payments, and related questions while collaborating with team members to resolve issues efficiently.

The role starts on October 5, 2026 and pays $21.00 per hour. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of customer service, 1+ year in loan servicing or payment processing, strong regulatory knowledge (FDCPA/FCRA), and excellent

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience required.
1+ years in loan servicing and/or payment processing.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
Working knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers by phone and email to answer questions and process requests.
Address billing issues and service questions with accurate documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes.
Support training and development efforts for the team on a daily basis.
Investigate problems and provide resolutions to payment-related objections.
Maintain high-quality assurance and a positive customer experience.
