Upgrade is seeking a Customer Service Advisor, Card Payment to engage with customers by phone and email. You will provide best-in-class service related to account status, payments, and concerns, collaborating with management and teammates to resolve issues.

The role offers an hourly pay of $21.00 and starts Monday, August 31st. You will contribute to training, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality assurance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience with loan servicing and/or payment processing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone and email to answer questions and process requests.
• Address billing issues and service questions with accuracy and care.
• Document customer accounts clearly across channels.
