Responsibilities

Monitor daily card processing activities to ensure performance and address disruptions.
Track daily transaction activity logs and support requests.
Identify and report discrepancies or downtimes immediately.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and merchant processing partners to resolve issues.
Administer credit card devices for the company platform.
Perform user administration for payment card solutions.
Provide operational and technical support for payment card users, including processing, reconciliation and device troubleshooting.
Maintain and update internal SharePoint site for effective communication.
Assist team lead with new user onboarding and training on payment card solutions.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and activity analytics for operations and management.
