Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of training/experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a Financial Specialist II or Business Analyst III role or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in Payments services industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in production standards with high workloads and deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to work overtime during peak times.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve financial requests for client payments in Card Payments Operations.
• Serve as SME on Financial Specialist I/II duties and responsibilities.
• Escalate production issues for quick resolution and support system development.
• Lead small departmental projects and partner with Senior Financial Analyst.
• Document improvements and implement changes with teammates.
• Act as liaison with internal and external partners.
• Organize and perform complex analyses.
• Handle Tier 3 tasks and escalations.
• Oversee procedures and controls.
