Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in Banking, Call Center, Financial Services, Card/Loan Servicing or related fields.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Proficiency with computer systems/software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and process debit fraud and disputes, communicate with members on status and credits/debits.
• Submit claims to card processor, VISA and insurance as part of the process.
• Provide information and guidance on account status, requests, payments and rights.
• Process card applications: set up accounts, order cards, create files, track status.
• Research inquiries by reviewing transactions and account history using various systems.
• Support internal teams by confirming information and coordinating with BI, Fraud and Risk.
