Job summary

Safra National Bank of New York is seeking an Associate, Card and Online Banking Operations Specialist in Aventura, Florida. You will oversee daily operations for credit/debit cards and online banking, collaborating with IT, compliance, risk, and service teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role supports client requests, maintains records for audits, and acts as a SME for card and online services, including onboarding Safra One users and platform maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years in banking operations with card/online banking experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with banking software and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational processes for credit card, debit card, and online banking systems.
• Assist Account Officers by providing timely support.
• Input, oversee transaction processing, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, risk management, and customer service to address operational challenges.
• Work with external vendors and third-party service providers to support card and online banking services.
• Assist in fraud detection, prevention, and resolution efforts.
• Prepare daily reports on card usage and backups for audits.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Act as a SME for internal queries related to card and online banking operations.
• Manage onboarding of Safra One users and platform maintenance.
