Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of Safra One users and platform maintenance.

The Card and Online Banking Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all processes related to credit cards, debit cards, and online banking services. This role will oversee day-to-day operational tasks, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily operational processes for credit card, debit card, and online banking systems.
• Provide assistance to Account Officers in fulfilling client requests by providing timely support.
• Input and oversee transaction processing, system reconciliations, and issue resolution to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with IT, compliance, risk management, and customer service teams to address operational challenges.
• Work with external vendors and third-party service providers to provide support for card and online banking services.
• Assist in fraud detection, prevention, and resolution efforts by monitoring suspicious card activities and working with fraud team.
• Prepare daily reports on credit and debit card usage, providing the necessary back up for prior day operational actions and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal queries related to card and online banking operations.
• Manage and execute Safra One company and users onboarding, as well as perform maintenance and operational process related to the platform.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in banking operations, with a strong background in managing credit cards, debit cards, or online banking processes.
