Qualificações

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in a quantitative field (data science, analytics, math, statistics).
• 3+ years of industry experience in business analytics roles (digital, customer, marketing, or sales analytics).
• Advanced SQL querying skills.
• Experience with Hive, Python, R, and Alteryx.
• Data visualization for executive storytelling (Tableau/Power BI).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of data mining, quantitative methods, and machine learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end analytics for multiple campaign strategies across paid digital channels.
• Partner with marketing strategy managers to optimize campaigns and deliver analytics.
• Research and propose digital marketing strategies aligning with card priorities.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and deliver timely insights.
