As a Flex Financial Partner, you are responsible for promoting the financial well-being of members across multiple branch locations by delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions. This role supports various branches as needed, ensuring continuity of service, operational efficiency, and consistent member experience. Responsibilities include guiding members toward appropriate account and loan products, cross-selling credit union services, and referring members to other lines of business, while accurately processing transactions and maintaining cash handling standards.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. NMLS License required. A Notary License is required or must be obtained within 9 months of hire.
Acquire a foundational understanding of the Commercial Loan Products offered by the credit union. Submit referrals to the Commercial Loan Department as appropriate. This position requires that the employee gain a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and how they will affect their work. The employee will comply with all requirements of the BSA and cooperate with the designated BSA Officer in assuring compliance.
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
$750.00 Sign-On Bonus
