Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with card dispute questions and completion of dispute forms.
• Process disputes from initiation to case closing, communicating with customers as needed.
• Monitor chargebacks and representments; track case status and timelines.
• Identify fraud trends and report losses to management.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
