Love's Travel Stops in Oklahoma City is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk II to support invoice processing. Responsibilities include scanning, organizing PDFs, and routing invoices to appropriate approval channels, while addressing vendor inquiries with supervisors and internal customers.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, with an Associate degree preferred, and 1–3 years in payables processing. Proficiency in Excel and experience with QuickBooks/SAP/Oracle are pluses.

• Review vendor invoices and data entry into the payables system.
• Scan documents and manage invoice flow.
• Understand invoice workflows and routes for approval.
• Troubleshoot inquiries with supervisor, vendors, and customers.
• Handle daily duties and resolve questions on returned documents.
• Process documents from vendors.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Scan documents into the payables system.
• Move PDFs to correct invoice upload folders.
• Follow basic invoice workflows for proper routing to approvals.
• Troubleshoot inquiries with supervisor, vendors and internal customers.
• Complete listed daily duties and resolve questions on inbound documents.
