Job summary

Love's Travel Stops seeks an Account Representative to serve as the primary contact for factoring clients and to manage collateral processing and daily funding requests. You will review invoice schedules, perform outbound calls, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate, timely funding.

The role emphasizes proactive client service, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment at Love’s factoring operations based in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years experience in factoring or banking preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for the client and assess the client’s needs.
• Provide consistent, personalized service and proactive communication to enhance client retention and loyalty.
• Review invoice schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Make outbound calls to clients as needed.
• Answer or route inbound calls to appropriate department or person.
• Purchase invoice schedules.
• Monitor invoice quality.
• Collaborate with inter-department on issues that arise with your book of clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
