Job summary

A leading travel service company located in Oklahoma City is seeking a Supervisor of Card Accounts Receivable to oversee enterprise‑wide card AR and reconciliation operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure the timely processing of payments, manage strategic partnerships with payment processors, and drive process improvements within the department. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior supervisory experience are required. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity across all business lines.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in the consumer card processing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Card AR and Reconciliation teams.
• Oversee processing and reconciliation of card payment transactions.
• Generate reports on card AR and reconciliation activity.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience in card reconciliation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, analytics, or related discipline
