Job summary

Card Technology in New York seeks a strategic leader to partner with the Divisional CIO. You will shape the technology-enabled business agenda, identify opportunities, and drive cross-functional decisions across technology, product, and card operations.

You will develop growth strategies, lead pricing for lending products, and oversee analytics, with P&L accountability in some segments. A strong background in strategy and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business or quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape Card Technology’s strategic agenda with the Divisional CIO.
• Identify major opportunities and address technology and business imperatives.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving with senior stakeholders across technology, product, and the card business.
• Develop business strategies driving growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead product-level data modeling and analytics and drive pricing strategies for lending products.
• Manage and sequence delivery of business requirements and execute product strategy.
• Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently and align with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Possibly own a business segment with P&L accountability.
