Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Carbon Project Leader/Engineer to drive facility expansion, growth and optimization projects. You will manage scope, budget and schedule, lead direct/indirect reports and external partners, and report performance to executives to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering or project management, carbon manufacturing experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Management or related field is required.
• Professional certification/training in project management is highly desired.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage carbon project initiatives including scope, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors/consultants.
• Monitor risks, milestones and budget adherence and report to executives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
