Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Carbon Project Leader/Engineer to lead and support multiple projects for facility expansion, growth and optimization. You will manage budgets, timelines and resources, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required and professional certification in PM highly desired.
• Experience in engineering projects, budgeting, planning and cross-functional execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of direct/indirect reports, contractors and consultants.
• Forecast Carbon CapEx spend and track budget adherence.
• Ensure project scope, schedule and quality within governance.
• Coordinate gate reviews and deliver defined scope on time and budget.
• Apply Parker Lean Systems (PLS) to project teams and drive cross-functional improvements.
