Weyerhaeuser’s Carbon Commercial Manager leads the execution of carbon credit sales across multiple routes to market, coordinating diligence, data requests, and contract inputs. You will forecast, track opportunities, and drive disciplined sales execution with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and strong project management in a fast-paced environment, with preferred locations in Seattle and other offices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in commercial transactions or carbon markets preferred.
• Experience administering a CRM and pipeline-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of carbon credit sales across direct, channel, and platform routes to market.
• Coordinate buyer diligence and data-room/document requests.
• Support commercial negotiations, term-sheets, contracting inputs, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain credit availability, sales forecasting, and pipeline-tracking tools.
• Translate market signals into opportunities prioritization and sales execution.
• Lead CRM administration, pipeline discipline, and data quality.
