Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Carbon Inventory Manager to advance its global carbon accounting and reporting program within the Worldwide Sustainability organization. You will work with finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate emissions tracking and transparent disclosures.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, develop dashboards, and coordinate external assurance to meet regulatory and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, sustainability, or carbon accounting.
• Experience with ESG reporting, assurance, or data management.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge of carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol).

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancement of centralized carbon inventory to track emissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for data collection.
• Engage with leads to understand data sources and systems.
• Prepare periodic carbon accounting reports and dashboards.
• Serve as SME and train teams on emissions data.
• Coordinate external assurance engagements for disclosures.
• Maintain audit trail supporting disclosures.
