Express Wash Concepts in Greensburg, PA is hiring Team Members for Clean Express Auto Wash. Starting at $15.00/hour, with opportunities to advance as you learn the wash process and sales techniques.

You'll provide excellent customer service, upsell Unlimited Wash Club packages, and help new customers understand memberships. This fast-paced outdoor role requires standing most of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers to present Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Pitch memberships and upsell products to new and existing customers.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Perform quality checks and adhere to safety procedures.
