Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is looking for a Team Member at its Pittsburgh location to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of unlimited wash club memberships. The role offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing, award-winning company and a pathway from frontline to leadership.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities to advance. Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating them on memberships, upselling products, and maintaining quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through strong first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
